After doing the math I figured out that my vport was off by about 33% off from scaling 1" = 20" on a full size sheet (24x36). later when I has some time, I went to fixing the scaling isuse. I knew the scaling was not right, but i had to keep moving on my project. I then procedded to play with the scales to get somthing to work in my tblock.
